Reporting copyright infringement

What to include in your notice

To help us act quickly, please include:

• The exact URL of the page on HowToSemrush where the material appears.

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

How we respond

We review every complete notice we receive. If we agree that the material infringes copyright, we will remove or disable access to it promptly. Repeat infringers may have their access to interactive features of the site restricted.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where you are located.
